Supervised IIM Accounts Assistance is offered to help tribal members that have been determined unable to handle their own financial affairs.
Eligibility is determined by household size and the entire household’s income. Amount of assistance provided is based on multiple factors, household size, household income, type of utility, and if applicant an is disabled/or elder.
Financial assistance of up to $200, every two years from last assistance, is available for one (1) complete pair of eyeglasses (purchasing lenses or frames separately counts as a complete purchase).
A one-time stipend of $500.00 is allocated to the next-of-kin* of an enrolled tribal member for transportation expenses.
The dental assistance service provides financial help of up to $200, twice a year, for routine dental visits.
This service provides financial assistance of up to $200, four times a year, for supplies and equipment required with a medically necessary diagnosis for a current valid prescription.
Offering help paying for prescription medications, the prescription assistance service provides up to $200, four times a year, for current, valid prescriptions.
This program offers financial assistance of up to $200, twice a year, for doctors’ office and hospital visits.
The medical assistance service provides financial aid for current medical needs such as lab work, urgent care visits or small procedures.
