Our conference will be a gathering of professionals around the nation who will come to learn, network, and share stories of culture, wellness, innovation, transformation, inspiration, and challenges facing both their personal lives, careers and their industries.


The 2023 Women’s’ Conference “Empowering Women to Lead” will take place in Oklahoma City on March 20-23, 2023 at the Oklahoma City Convention Center.


The topics discussed at our conference are uniquely from the perspective of executives, leaders, employees, and aspiring professionals.


Session Tracks for 2023

The 2023 Women’s’ Conference “Empowering Women to Lead” will kick off with an opening keynote, followed by engaging panel sessions, breakouts, and workshops centered around the following session tracks:

  1. Cultural
  2. Career/Leadership
  3. Wellness

We encourage speakers with experience and presentations from the areas of Tribal Government, Casino Gaming, State & Federal Government, Healthcare, Law, Politics, Education and Leadership.


Potential speakers must apply to speak on one of the topic tracks. If you are qualified to speak on more than one topic, you must complete a separate submission for each track. The speaker application will close at 11:59 pm CT on December 1, 2022. Applicants will be notified if they are selected no later than December 31, 2022.
