Under direct supervision of the General Counsel, this position is responsible for providing legal advice on matters affecting the Cheyenne and Arapaho tribes. Assistant General Counsel represents the Tribe in all aspects of tribal government, including, but not limited to, Commercial Transactions, Contracts, Gaming, application of environment and natural resources laws and other federal laws relating to Tribal and reservation agencies and enterprises, federal-state jurisdiction issues, taxation issues, economic development, construction law. employment law, federal administrative proceedings, Tribal court jurisdiction issues, hunting and fishing rights and tribal taxation law and policy. Prepares legal research and writings as required. reports to the General Counsel the findings of all assigned tasks. Maintains confidentiality of all privileged information. 1-3 yrs experience.

Performs a variety of duties to implement and coordinate social services and parent activities, providing direct intervention, case management and support to families enrolled in the Head Start program. Establishes mutually respectful partnerships with families to promote and support parent and community involvement in a manner that meets the Head Start Performance Standards.

Performs critical physical examinations;Understands and anticipates potentially life-threatening presentation of non-cardiac emergencies and institutes appropriate emergency therapy where essential for the preservation of life. Deals with medical and emotional needs of any victim of acute illness or injury with the goal of reducing mortality and morbidity. Responsible for managing and directing all first responders at the scene of a medical emergency Responsible for quality patient-care established by Cheyenne and Arapaho EMS Files standard reports of patient information and care for the use of receiving hospital and administration, including nature of request for aid, pertinent past history, therapy provided diagnosis, disposition and sufficient patient information for billing purposes.

This position is under the general supervision of the Healing to Reentry Coordinator. This position will primarily be focused on case management responsibilities to include screening, assessment, determining eligibility, and intake for clients; developing case plans with clients. The incumbent will collect and maintain client information and case notes. The incumbent will organize support services for reintegration into society. Incumbent is in charge of reentry class curriculum delivery.
Provides basic medical care to the level of Emergency Medical Responder including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured; responds to emergency rescue situations involving potential loss of life or bodily injury maintains control, manages and directs patient care at the scene of a pre-hospital emergency: provides training and instruction to lesser trained personnel; performs other duties as required
Incumbent will be under the direct supervision of the EPA Director, process purchase requisitions, process purchase orders, accounts payable, filing and data entry. The Environmental Specialist will be required to train, create, and share maps for Geographical Information System (GIS) /Global Positioning System (GPS) responsibilities and duties. Must be able to attend training, and hands-on training in the field with the tribes on various projects. Solid waste training and responsibilities for research, and field research will be required. Tracking field equipment and field maintenance. Must able to work outdoors as needed in all seasons. Must able to drive 3/4 ton work truck with a dump trailer as needed.

The Treasurer is under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff. The Treasurer directs and manages the activities and operations of the Tribes including financial planning and analysis practices, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, debt and project management; reserve policy, and treasury services and activities; to coordinate assigned activities and complex administrative support to the Executive Office. The Treasurer will maintain a wholesome and favorable relationship with the Tribal Members, Legislators, Executive Directors, Program
Directors/Coordinators, and Employees.

The Surveillance Officer must possess the ability to pay attention to detail, analyze problems, communicate well with others, and perform at the highest level under stressful situations. The Surveillance Officer monitors regulatory compliance over the Lucky Star Casinos' operated by and within the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma; completes all assigned special projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Surveillance, Chairperson of the Gaming Commission as well as the remaining Gaming Commissioners; and performs all other related work as requested and assigned. This position is highly sensitive and maximum level of confidentiality must be maintained.
Under the direct supervision of the Youth Shelter Director, the On-Call Houseparent is responsible for the supervision, care, and guidance of the children and youth residing in the shelter facility. Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
