The Court Administrator is responsible for the overall administrative management of the Judicial Branch, including court operations, budgeting, case management, facilities, grants and contracts, and intergovernmental relations. The Court Administrator reports directly to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court.
The Deputy Court Clerk is appointed by the Court Clerk, subject to approval by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes. This position supports both the Supreme Court and the District Court and reports directly to the Chief Court Clerk and/or Court Administrator. The Deputy Court Clerk is responsible for managing court administrative tasks, handling confidential and sensitive judicial records, and ensuring the efficient and effective operation of court proceedings and records management.
Under the direct supervision of the Social Services Director, the Prevention Specialist's primary objective is to support Cheyenne and Arapaho tribal youth and elder population by providing education, raising awareness, and delivering services related to various preventative initiatives. These responsibilities will be carried out in strict adherence to established federal and program guidelines. By fostering prevention strategies that emphasize health, safety, and mental well-being, the Prevention Specialist aims to mitigate long-term risks and enhance the overall quality of life for tribal members.
Under the direct supervision of the Executive Director of the Department of Administration, the incumbent will plan, organize, and direct the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes' Planning and Development program and services. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, organizing, and accomplishing community projects such as renovations to current structures and building of new structures or projects, administering community development activities, and coordinating the implementation of public facility improvements, public works, and other related projects.

This position is part-time (29 hours or less a week) under the direct supervision of the Payroll Accountant and any incumbent assigned by the Treasurer.

• Under the direct supervision of the Water Plant Supervisor and Water Plant Operator II.
• Repairs and maintains the Water Treatment Plant, towers, wells, and related facilities, including mowing, weedeating and snow and ice removal.
• Performs routine laboratory tests. Diagnoses operating problems, directs and performs necessary corrective action during work shifts.
• Establishes and maintains cooperative relationships with those contacted during the course of work.
Under the direct supervision of the Elderly Nutrition Program Coordinator, Department of Social Services. Primary responsibility is to deliver meals at noon to the elderly in the Clinton area.

Under the supervision of the Operation and Maintenance Supervisor, performs cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning tasks and operation of various types of cleaning equipment to care for and maintain assigned buildings and related facilities; performs related work as required.
Under the general supervision of the Planning and Development Director, the incumbent will be responsible for organizing and controlling project activities of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Planning and Development Program to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget
The Peer Support Specialist will be under the supervision of the Tribal Opioid Response Project Director. The Peer Support Specialist works with the Behavioral Health Case Manager and the Prevention Specialist to facilitate integration of prevention, treatment and recovery services for project participants.
Funding for this program and employment is based on grant availability.
The Office of the Internal Auditor is a constitutional role within the Tribes' governmental structure, tasked with maintaining and enhancing the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes' operations. The Internal Auditor position involves planning, directing, and reviewing an internal audit program. The incumbent is responsible for helping ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, laws, and regulations, particularly those concerning tribal government, gaming, and tribal enterprise operations. A key aspect of this role is evaluating the effectiveness of the Tribes' systems of internal control and the efficiency of resource utilization. The Internal Auditor will also assist Administrators and Staff by providing comprehensive analysis, appraisals, recommendations, counsel, and information regarding the activities under review, thereby aiding them in the effective discharge of their responsibilities.

Under the direct supervision of the Clinton Coordinator. The purpose of the position is to serve as an assistant to the above named Clinton Coordinator and program supervisor and coordinators. The Wellness Technician will assist the site manager with the planning and implementation of the program goals, activities and events. Will also be responsible to assist with the advertisement of the programs brochures, flyers, articles and calendars. Will help create culturally appropriate activity programs and special events for participants according to age and physical capabilities. The Wellness Technician must be willing to encourage, support and educate the members of the tribes on lifestyle changes to improve their quality of life, related to health and wellness, exercise, recreation, education and sports. Must have the ability to lift SO pounds and be able to exercise and interact positively with participants. Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and overnight travel as required for the position. Must possess or able to obtain a CPR/First Aid certificate. And perform other duties as assigned.
The incumbent is under the direct supervision of the Property and Supply Director for the Cheyenne-Arapaho Tribes. The PSIS II is responsible to receive, count, open and check inside packages, log, tag, and add property to inventory software and update when/as needed and deliver packages to programs/departments. The PSIS II will assist programs/departments with excess/disposal of property and assist with programs inventory audits/property inspections, etc.
The position of IT Systems Support Technician is a permanent/full-time position and will be under the direct supervision of the COMIT Director. Selected candidate will be responsible for the overall implementation of support services provided by COMIT. Primary duties include documenting, coordinating, and ensuring the completion of incoming IT service help requests.
Under the direct supervision of the Indian Child Welfare Caseworker Supervisor. This individual will be responsible for ensuring that confidentiality is a top priority while assisting families that are involved in the program. This individual will effectively communicate professionally over the phone and in office.
Provides basic medical care to the level of Emergency Medical Responder including medical evaluation, treatment and stabilization of the critically ill and injured; responds to emergency rescue situations involving potential loss of life or bodily injury maintains control, manages and directs patient care at the scene of a pre-hospital emergency: provides training and instruction to lesser trained personnel; performs other duties as required
Under the supervision of the EPA Director, the incumbent will be responsible for developing the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribal EPA Office Pollution Prevention (P2)Program. Will assist and advise the EPA Director regarding activities associated with pollution prevention grant and provide technical assistance to Cheyenne and Arapaho offices, businesses, programs, organizations, schools ,casinos, and households to help with the reduction of waste, reduction of toxic and harmful chemicals conserve energy, and minimize operational costs and assist them in achieving their overall sustainability goals. Additionally, the Pollution Prevention Specialist will continue to follow-up with each tribal business and report progress quarterly for the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes.

The Treasurer is under the direct supervision of the Chief of Staff. The Treasurer directs and manages the activities and operations of the Tribes including financial planning and analysis practices, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, debt and project management; reserve policy, and treasury services and activities; to coordinate assigned activities and complex administrative support to the Executive Office. The Treasurer will maintain a wholesome and favorable relationship with the Tribal Members, Legislators, Executive Directors, Program
Directors/Coordinators, and Employees.
Security Officers for the Cheyenne & Arapaho Tribes fall directly under the supervision of the Security Site Supervisor, and the Director of Security. Cheyenne & Arapaho tribal security officers are responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and protection of all tribal employees, clients, and property.
Under the direct supervision of the ICW Coordinator, this position is detailed to the ICW program. The incumbent will assist in the implementation of the Federal Indian Child Welfare Act of 1978. The Caseworker is responsible for providing case management services to clients and the general public

The Surveillance Officer must possess the ability to pay attention to detail, analyze problems, communicate well with others, and perform at the highest level under stressful situations. The Surveillance Officer monitors regulatory compliance over the Lucky Star Casinos' operated by and within the jurisdiction of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes of Oklahoma; completes all assigned special projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Surveillance, Chairperson of the Gaming Commission as well as the remaining Gaming Commissioners; and performs all other related work as requested and assigned. This position is highly sensitive and maximum level of confidentiality must be maintained.
Under the direct supervision of the Cheyenne & Arapaho Food Distribution Program Clinton Store Warehouse Manager and Programs Operation Manager; the Warehouse Aide is responsible for a variety of tasks involving janitorial duties, forklift & pallet jack operator, receiving, storing & restocking of USDA product.
Under the direct supervision of the Youth Shelter Director, the On-Call Houseparent is responsible for the supervision, care, and guidance of the children and youth residing in the shelter facility. Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment.
