Supplies and Equipment Assistance

This service provides financial assistance of up to $200, four times a year, for supplies and equipment required with a medically necessary diagnosis for a current valid prescription. An invoice issued from the pharmacy or medical supplier must be submitted with an application.

This service is available for elders living both inside and outside the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes’ tribal boundaries.
