HUD Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program
The HUD ROSS Program aids Tribal members in achieving self-sufficiency by offering resources and services to enhance their quality of life and financial stability.

My current goal is to foster community conversations around financial literacy, including budgeting, saving, smart spending, and related topics. By planting the seeds of financial awareness, we can work towards building a more prepared and resilient community. In Quarter 3, we plan to focus on homeownership, exploring what it entails and how residents can prepare. Looking ahead to Quarter 4, I aim to host a session on small home repairs in conjunction with inspection services and construction services to further support residents in maintaining their properties.
The Resident Opportunities and Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) program is designed to provide individualized support and services to qualified households. At this time, 62 homes are eligible for the one-on-one services offered through this grant. However, the demand for assistance significantly exceeds the capacity of this program. We warmly invite you and your family to join us for our upcoming community events. Stay connected and up-to-date by checking the event calendar, available in the Tribal Tribune, on social media, and on the Housing section of the Cheyenne and Arapaho Tribes webpage. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions or need further assistance.
