Resident Services

Mutual Help and New Mutual Help, as well as Acquisitions, and Down Payment Assistance are all part of the Resident Services program. Home Ownership is the main function of Resident Services. Resident Services maintains the Waiting List, which is based on first come, first serve and based on three of the eligible applicant’s location preference. Resident Services also re-certifies the homebuyers annually as well as follows through on needed repairs as reported by homebuyers. Receipt of payments and collections are also handled by Resident Services
